- If there is a problem with the product, please call us (512-888-9959) or email us (info@LiveSoda.com) immediately with the problem with your product, the lot code and expiration date (on the cap of the Probiotic Tea Shots, on the bottom of the can of the Probiotic Soda, and on the label of the kombucha). Please do not dispose of the product as we may ask that it be returned for quality control.
