Shipping Policy

  • HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?  Orders will have a $7 shipping fee.
  • WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? We currently only ship to the continental US, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and the outlying territories.
  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? All orders ship directly from our warehouse with the help of our partners at UPS. Typically, most orders are processed in 1-3 business days and shipped Monday- Wednesday's. Your order will typically arrive in 3-7 business days after placing it. 
  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? When your order is processed, you will receive a UPS tracking number. Please use this tracking number for additional information and timing regarding your shipment. 
  • HOW ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED? Live Kombucha is shipped with gel ice packs and insulated lining to keep it sufficiently chilled until you can enjoy it! Please be sure to refrigerate as soon as you receive your product. 

RETURNS

Due to the complex temperature and packaging requirements for shipping kombucha bottles, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you experience an issue with your order, please email info@livesoda.com. Your feedback is truly valued and we will do our best to make it right!
